When you retain our litigation support services, you get a loss consultant who becomes the eyes and ears for your law firm. We evaluate, estimate and appraise damages to the property. We also determine the damages that the insurance company fails to acknowledge. This represents higher values than what the insurance carrier wants to recognize as a part of a property loss.
Our estimates are easily understood by all users and itemized repair sections includes notations to provide context and reasoning. Our estimates also include a detailed floor plan of the property, complete with accurate measurements that take into account missing walls, doors and windows. We incorporate multiple photos of the damage and point out the damage in each.
Before preparing an estimate, we perform a detailed on-site inspection of the property and damaged areas. Our inspection methods help locate hidden or overlooked damage and factors that may affect repairs. We then analyze all of the information to create an estimate that involves the correct procedures to make the repairs necessary to bring the property to its pre-loss condition.
We use state-of-the-art technology to capture the damage and the loss. We use the Matterport 3D Scanner to map out a virtual tour of the damaged property and all areas that are impacted by the claim. This helps provide a walk-through of the entire loss experience, which will help during the trial process.
We also use drone technology to capture high resolution photographs and videos of the roof and exterior of the house. This helps provide more fine detail then can be obtained from simply standing on the roof.
We are also available for use for deposition, trial or expert testimony to support our consulting work.
